I have been a member of the NIS leadership team since September 2021. In my first year at NIS, I held the position of Middle and High School Assistant Principal. Currently, I am serving as the Accreditation Leader,
a role I have held since September 2022. Through collective efforts, our team successfully guided the school to achieve an "Outstanding" rating in BQA (Bahrain Quality Assurance) in November 2022. This accomplishment
reflects the collaborative work and commitment of the entire team, and I am proud to have played a role in this significant achievement. Additionally, I led the school's CIS/MSA accreditation visit in April 2023,
and we are currently preparing for NEASC accreditation.
My areas of expertise include international accreditations, teaching and learning development, and leadership development. I also have extensive experience in strategic planning and follow-up. As the school's Accreditation Coordinator, my responsibilities encompass ensuring quality assurance in teaching and learning, students' personal development, and leadership development. I collaborate with other members of the leadership team to conduct training sessions and workshops in these areas.
I hold a Master's degree in English Language and Literature. I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education after completing my Bachelor's degree in science. I have also completed a Diploma in TEFL and I am currently in the process of finishing my Master's in TEFL.
I take great pride in being part of NIS. The school's institutional motto of "students first" strongly aligns with my personal values of service and integrity. I firmly believe that the growth opportunities at NIS benefit not only the students but also the staff and faculty. The school is reaching new heights of excellence, and international accreditations serve as a valuable pathway for continued growth.
